Ingenious pan allows you to cook 3 different foods easily
I use this for meal prep. With this large, deep, even cooking, heavy duty non stick trio pan I can make roasted veggies in one part, baked chicken thighs in another, and make baked apples in yet another. I’ve used it to cook chicken thighs with tomato sauce along with baked chicken thighs in the other two sections, covering with parchment paper to avoid oven spatter (weighed down with forks) and there was no damage from the acid sauce.Cleanup is a breeze, though I do wipe on olive oil before using. It’s just the perfect pan! It’s super heavy—and big! Much bigger than pictures make it look like. Deep, too. I’m buying these as Christmas gifts!Picture is of a single sized lasagna for one!! I’ll wait til it cools then put into quart sized storage bags for work dinners. If I could wish for anything, it would be for some kind of lid to keep over the pan in the fridge.

Non-Stick. Really!
I really like this pan. I like to make lasagna, but I don't always need a full pan of it. So, this pan allows me to cook as much, or as little, as I need. And the best thing? It REALLY is a non-stick pan! A lot of pans claim this, but this one really is.

This pan is the best.
This pan is Great. I made 3 different breads in it. It was so convenient to only have to use 1 pan. You could make anything in it. Love, love, love it.

Initial use was great - one surprise though
Let me start by saying I use regular boxed noodles, NOT the ready to bake kind, and I’ve never boiled my noodles. I assemble it with dry noodles the night before, refrigerate til the next evening, bake as normal, and the noodles are always perfectly done (and the pieces come out in sturdy cubes—others always comment how mine doesn’t fall apart and has good presentation). The one surprise—I was expecting the length of the basin to be the same length as one noodle. Maybe they aren’t all a standard length. Each basin required about one and a third noodle so I did still have to break noodles to fill in.Every piece having an edge and more corners was certainly appealing to me. But, even more so, was that I wanted to make less than would be made in a 9x13. I calculated based on my ingredient usage that two basins are about half a 9x13, and that’s what I cooked.I would say each basin is 4 small servings or 3 large servings.Clean up was super easy. The non-stick is very slick. If the non-stick coating holds up, I’ll be very pleased with this pan in the long run.

Pan is great ... Skinner lasagna noodles have changed & are now too wide.qw⁹
This is a very high quality pan. Second one I've owned (lost my 1st when I moved). Hadn't made lasagna in quite a while so finally bought a replacement. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Pan has NOT changed but Skinner "oven-ready" lasagna noodles do not fit. Instead of ruffled edges, they are perfectly flat AND they are too wide for the sections of this pan. So be sure to buy regular ruffled-edge lasagna noodles. I use "Virginia's Easy Lasagna Bake" recipe which does not require pre-cooking the noodles. Regular (not "oven-ready" noodles) work just fine so you really don't need "oven-ready" lasagna noodles anyway.Pan is also excellent for brownies & just about anything you'd use a baking pan for. I love that I can make 3 versions of the same thing (handy if cooking for a picky eater!) or I can make 3 entirely different things all at the same time.NOTE: A spatula, such as a brownie spatula, is very handy to have with this pan.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PAN!!!

Bigger than expected!
I bought this for my mother as a gift to use as an all edges brownie pan. It is much deeper than expected, and will hold a lot more brownie mix than a smaller pan would. It would be perfect for it's intended purpose - lasagna. I can't say anything about how it works, as it was a gift, but it did appear to be high quality, thick metal.

Awesome new way to make Lasagna
This pan is sturdy, non stick and perfectly sized for lasagna noodles. The individual sections are deep enough to accommodate four layers of filling. It is nice for just two people. I layer noodles and filling in one section, bake it, cut it in half and it is a perfect serving size. It would also work well for baking breads. Cleans up easily. Highly recommend.
