Q: Is this good for propogating Succulents

Not good for ANYTHING. I tried succulents, baby trees, flowers...everything. I got STICKS. Yes, I followed instructions to the letter because I am used to ROOT TONE.

Q: Has anyone tried this on roses? did it work?

This is a very weak rooting product that will help speed up the rooting process on cuttings from plants that root readily on their own, but won't do a whole lot for "difficult" species or cultivars. For those, including hardwood rose cuttings taken late in the year, you would probably find a more concentrated product more effective, one with 0.3% or 0.5% IBA, for example. (They make even stronger products, but I would not use for roses except as a last ditch attempt to get a very difficult cultivar to strike roots, since excessive IBA is actually counterproductive and can in fact inhibit root initiation.)

Q: Does this product contain antifungal capability? Using it for Jade plants.

The active ingredient Indole 3-butyic acid stimulates cell growth, tissue differentiation and root growth. It has no anti fungal properties listed in "The Users Guide to Plant Growth Regulators" written by the leading scientist in the field. If you are using on tissue culture, like a little stem, keep your plant medium (soil) on the dry side which avoid rot. Put the cultures in a bright sunny spot and leave them alone, checking only every 5 to 7 days to add water. Benign neglect is the rule of thumb, most people have rotting/fungal problems because they over water the tissue/cuttings.

Q: Hi, can i usr this powder alongside my rooting gel?

I would not purchase this rooting powder again. The bottle was 3/4 empty and didn't work for me. Just stick with your rooting gel.

It just works

If you want more success when it comes to the propagation of plants through cloning this is the way. Remember to just follow instructions as this product is so effective a little goes a long way, thus saving you some money. This product makes roots grow faster and you'll definitely see the difference.

This Worked As Expected!

I used this powder to help root clippings from established raspberry bushes and blueberry bushes that I have. I was able to grow new bushes from the clippings. Some of the clippings did not survive, but from what I understand, this is normal. This is very easy to use. I used a few clippings from each bush, dipped the stem in this powder, planted them in pots, gave them lots of water and was able to grow the new bushes that I wanted. This is a much cheaper way to get more bushes than buying more!

Helps plants take root and works better than plain water

Arrived in perfect condition and will help me clone some bushes in the front planter. Just note that there is no seal under the lid so as soon as you take the cap off the powder will fly if you're not careful. Time will tell If I can get the stubborn plants to root since water alone isn't doing the job. This stuff is mentioned all across the internet propagation pages and has a good reputation which I expect it will live up to.

Fantastic!

I recently stumbled across this product and I now swear by it. I have a bunny ears cactus I've been trying to grow stronger roots on for a very long time. This product gave me thick beautiful roots. Not only on one, but many of my plants. I have a large selection, and 1 bottles lasted me around 2 1/2 months. With lots of new cuttings throughout! My bunny ears cactus look fantastic and are growing faster than ever, and all the other plants I've used this product on that were healthy already took off growing. Amazing product. I added a photo of the bunny ears now, and a baby i was able to get!
