Finally great LED solar lights (and amazing customer service)
I must admit I that I didn't expect much of these lights, I had bought LED solar lights before (at Costco, Bed, Bad & Beyond etc) and the light was either pitiful or ghostly (and the lights died quickly, not a big loss). Neighbors had installed solar lights along their path and they were a very harsh white light that - thankfully - only came on for a couple of hours before fading. So, as much as I wanted solar lights for environmental purposes, I didn't think there were good ones out there. Then I read the reviews for the Brightest LED Solar Lights on Amazon....and bought two of them in November to try them out. They arrived quickly, were super easy to install and cast their warm yet beautifully bright light the very same evening for many hours, accentuating a couple of our small bare trees in the garden. I wanted to wait a few weeks to see whether the lights would continue to perform. They did, giving us a lot of joy when we arrived home in the dark or looked out of the window in the evening. So I ordered two more. Same story - loved them. After our four lights survived the snow, cold and ice without a loss in performance, we decided to add some more. We ordered three more. They were great, but somehow they didn't stay on for as long as the others. We contacted the seller Oreala to ask if there is anything we did wrong. Carlo (their CEO) responded immediately, was amazing to deal with and right away offered to replace the three slights quickly. While many companies claim that their goal is to make their customers happy (and then make things difficult and tedious when there is a problem), we experienced true focus on the customer experience when dealing with this company. The new lights work great (just like the first four) and our garden looks amazing at night (I love going from window to window to admire the illuminated bushes and trees). Finally a company that has figured out how to make great LED lights. No ghostly weak white lights here! :) We decided that we might add a few more in to our garden.

Bad battery life, low lumen output. Better options available.
I am not sure where I should begin with this review. From a solar light you cannot expect lumen output of a wired lights. So pretty much any solar light you get, unless they have a huge battery back with high lumen output you will not see results as good as wired lights. Keeping this in mind, you can evaluate solar lights on 3 parameters - build quality, lumen output, and battery life.1) Build quality - For $25, I didn't expect much but it still managed to disappoint. The solar panel is really small which would explain my disappointment with other 2 factors. It is made of plastic casing (to be fair others have plastic casing too but much better quality). There is NO extension for the solar panel. Panel attaches to the light - ideal to power lights under tree but if you plan to keep the light behind shrubs etc, this will not work.2) Lumen output/brightness/ glow quality - The manufacturer answered a question about lumen output and said its around 200 on high setting. I find that hard to believe. It has two settings - low is useless and high is not what you would expect from 200 lumens. I bought another light at the same time (Microsolar) and it is rated at 100 Lumens but is a lot brighter than this one. The "warm light" is yellow but it seems like a fake yellow - as if someone has put a plastic yellow wrap over the lights. Not sure if this is the case with all LEDS but I know you can get better glow (again - Microsolar has better glow).3) Battery life - A good battery life would have made up for the other two factors. But the battery life is way short of acceptable. It barely lasts 2-3 hours on high. Its so bad, that the last hour or so the lumen output diminishes to a glow. Micro solar light lasted more than 5 hours (still not that great but much better than this one).In all, I would not recommend this light at all. I am not sure how others are offering such glowing reviews which made me buy them. The battery life is a deal breaker and it should be for most people even if you find the quality and lumen output acceptable. Try the Microsolar warm white 24 LED which is only $5 more at the time of this review but offers better quality and battery life. It also has a 16 feet extension for the Solar panel. MicroSolar - Warm White - 24 LED - Lithium Battery - 1.0w 100 Lumen - High Lumen - Solar Spotlight (Solar Flag Pole Light)- with 16 Feet Wire --- Automatically Working from Dusk to Dawn at Good Sunshine

Bright LED lights with Warm White are Peforming Very Well
We have a lot of sun here in the Palm Springs area so solar lighting is a practical choice. We have several lights from different manufacturers and they don't last more than a month due to the extreme heat or poor quality. The lights usually dim out after less than 4 hours. The better ones cost a lot of money even from the big box stores. I also wanted warm white lights which are harder to find. After looking at options at Amazon, I decided to try Oreala's lights as it seemed like a good fit in terms of looks, price and light color. I ordered 2 but one dimmed out after 2 weeks. I wrote Oreala for a resolution. I got a prompt and personal response from their chief, Carlo. He offered a refund or a try at a new version of the lights. I was willing to wait a few weeks. Very glad I did as the new version of the lights were much brighter and seems better built. It is going on 2 weeks and the lights stay on for at least 6 hours at full charge.I took photos showing the lights in action. The first one shows the 2 new lights doing a great job on both sides of our palm tree. I added a second photo to show how the lights compare with our other lights. The other palm on the right is lit by a corded halogen which is why it is very bright. The new lights compare quite nicely.I am very pleased with the lights and the professionalism of the company. I would highly recommend their product.
