Delicious, nutritious and halal.
I’ve been having this since December and absolutely love it! It’s perfect for breaking my fasts (intermittent fasting), heal my gut microbiome and take in some much needed protein and collagen during my perimenopause stage. It tastes delicious (not too salty) and nutritious! It is really easy to use and can be added to other foods (I add to curries, soups and stews for the family). The price is on the expensive side but that’s the cost I’m having to pay to eat clean and feel healthier. Plus the jar does last a long time in the fridge once opened.

Truly healing and tastes like homemade!
I bought this to help during a long fast, and it has been a lifesaver. The flavor is deep and rich, not salty or artificial like many other brands. It sat very gently on my stomach and provided the perfect "reset" when I was feeling weak and lightheaded. You can tell the quality is high—it feels nourishing rather than just a drink. I’ll definitely be keeping this as a staple in my pantry for health and recovery. Highly recommend!

Halal Beef Broth Concentrate
Excellent quality, faint pleasant smell, smooth texture, easy to use and dissolves quickly. I can see a jar lasting over a month so value for money. I had read good reviews on the broth and thought I would try it and was surprised the taste was very good, I dissolved 1 teaspoon in 100mls of boiling water as instructed.

Apologies I don’t really write reviews
Apologies Never really write reviews but absolutely would avoid this if wanted to try bone broth and are looking for halal, Terrible taste, turns milky white when added to water. Maybe could be nice as ad additive to food but I’ve been put off

Good stuff but
I'm not keen on the flavour but I ad a spoon of Bovril and chili powder which makes it pleasant.

Soooooo tasty
This is the first time I've ever had pure bone broth and it's so good. It's easy to prepare/mix and smells so good. In the mug it looks like milk but tastes meaty. I have this first thing after I come back from the gym or a hard work out and it's just yummy. In the jar it's light brown but when heated it turns bone white. Definitely worth the money for the taste, the smell, the purity of the product and the amount you get in the. Also has a good shelf life too even when opened.

Now this is what I'm talking about
As none of you may have been following, I recently emerged - hermit style - from a sworn personal vow of refusing to review products (ain't nobody got time for that) to leave a scathing report of this company's Asian Fusion flavour. I stand by every word of that tirade - glossy & poetic as it was - one which culminated in the savage blow of "fusion with WHAT?! The patron saint of lemongrass??!" (For indeed, I found the lemongrass like a shriek in a soundscape of hums). However, in the five days since submitting that, I have come to regret the manner in which I so nakedly vented my consternation. What can I say? I was young and foolish then. And I am sorry I was mean. Wonderfully though, the Australian Bone Broth Co. were the bigger people here - and sent me this iteration of their range... the OG which had captured my heart in the first place. And truly does it enrich not just the heart, but the body and soul. In a dominion of four tastes, this masters the fifth: umami... cradling soup in silk and puncturing potions with panache itself. The product can also be served solo: a delicate "beef tea" for the modern era, perhaps, its ostensible simplicity belying layers of text & subtext, much like the first Toy Story movie. Bone broth isn't going to be for everyone - I came too close to gambling with that myself of late - but if it is indeed for you, look no further. Also shout out to my Queen Maria WHO FOUNDED THIS COMPANY, PEOPLE, who was courteous and kind even when I was less than so.

.
Quite salty. Dissolves easily, can't have it in 100ml of water, too salty. Also very expensive. Better off making your own and freezing. It's ok in a pinch. Will not repurchase.

Amazing bone broth & halal !
For those who know the amazingly rich health profile of a bone broth would find this product to be just awesomeness in a jar.Simple ingredients, rich broth flavor and sea salt to give it some taste! What else does one need ? Oh yeah ! all the amino acids proteins that our bodies are, otherwise, deprived off. There are some negative reviews, complaining about taste. Well I respectfully disagree. This is a bone broth, not a soup. You can add your own flavor to it by adding spices or herbs or veggies. If the manufacturer added spices to suit one palette , someone else would complain. I think it’s unfair to complain about the taste. And honestly I just stir a teaspoon of this in hot water and enjoy it!If any issues at all, I would say the salt content is a bit high, specially if you are on a restricted sodium diet so maybe that’s something the manufacturer can consider ( make a low sodium variant ).But given that it’s the only “spice” in there, it’s not bad! Specially if you are using it as a base to make a bowl of soup, well don’t put additional salt! It’s like those buillions by maggi or Knorr.Someone also complained about the milky color Once stirred into hot water, yes it does turn milky but I don’t understand why that’s an issue. If you are making a soup and adding veggies or herbs they will impart their color. All in all I give this product a 5 star rating! Give it a shot but don’t expect a Campbell chicken noodle soup , because it’s not a soup, it’s a bone broth !Lastly , it’s halal! Which is really awesome! Halal simply means clean & suitable to eat. I am so glad to find a halal bone broth with health benefits and nice convenient packaging.
