Q: Im 145 lbs and normally wear US medium. Should i by that size or buy a large?

I recommend a large if your the guy that likes a little room. However if you prefer fitted then by all means stick to your size!

Q: lm 5'10 and 160, what size do I get ??

If you like room an XL would fit perfect

I'm not sure how large they go. But the medium fit me exactly with no extra room for a turtleneck or a sweater.

Q: does it have any opening in the back end?

No it does not. This jacket looks really good but it did not fit me personally right. I returned the jacket and got a large, and that also did not fit me correctly.
