New England Fairfield Arbor with Trim, Wings, and Gate

Product arrived sooner than estimated. Upon opening the packages we found the hardware was missing from a damaged package. Spoke with the company and they responded quickly and immediately sent out new hardware. Installing requires at least 2 people but once up it is sturdy and beautiful. Very satisfied!

Spent 1500$ been 2 weeks since I received 4 out of 5 boxes. Still waiting on my gate. Best company I ever did business with. 1 person said give them 24-48 hours. Prolly just to get me off the phone. Call back, next person said give them to the end of the week [another 3 days]. Call back again now they will reship the gate. Mind you its July 4th coming up. So I got to wait another week. Best nest…. What a joke. Someone must forgot companies need clients/customers. Best nest. lol

The arbor looks fantastic. We put it up ourselves and for the most part the instructions were easy to follow. I had to call for assistance two times and customer service were extremely helpful and we were able to complete the project. I ordered the surface mount brackets to mount the arbor on concrete patio and they worked beautifully. We are very pleased with the end result -- the quality is great!

I saw this on someone's lawn and just had to have it. Looked everywhere.. Finally found it on here. It isn't all put together yet, for it is Soo hot here. I know I will love it when it's up.
