These are the one for sure.
Apple should have used these instead of silicone. Excellent comfort. Fit my ears perfectly. Even though I like the silicone on the Airpods Pro better than the original rigid Airpods, they still shifted in my ear a bit, regardless of the size I used. These are a great option if your fit isn't quite on point. The shipping process was a bit slow, but I'm not going to down rate the product because of that.

Not For Me, Poor Quality
I purchased the S, M, L pack and was unable to get a deal with any size tip. I couldn’t get any noise cancellation and found the tips wouldn’t even sit in my ears. They are no more comfortable to me than the silicone tips that come with the AirPod Pro. Further, the tips appear to be made from a poor quality foam because a couple of them were crushed and beyond reshaping. When I squeeze them, they don’t bounce back the way you want memory foam to. Overall, I don’t like these and wish I hadn’t purchased.

Apple should've included these in the box!
So far, these are exactly what I was looking for. They seem to improve ANC and sound quality (at the very least better sound isolation which in turn is cleaner audio) and they are comfortable. I wore them today for a workout and they stayed put for 45 minutes. I'm very happy. If they release a set in size "S", I'll grab another pair. I'm very happy so far. Will update if that changes. The only potential issue I see is that the memory foam is more likely to fatigue my ears than the Apple OEM tips but that's not a big deal. It's rare I wear them for hours on end. This is the second attempt for me and trying to like the Airpods Pro. I returned them once. These tips are the reason I'm not returning them this time around. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Improved retention, but flunks Ear Tip Fit Test in right ear
I wear the large size of Apple's Air Pods Pro silicone ear tips and have had trouble with my Air Pods falling out. Even with the Apple large ear tips, my Air Pods Pro are not able to pass the Ear Tip Fit Test in my right ear. I tried Jeff Richardson's memory foam mod (on iPhone J.D.) on the OEM large ear tips using some memory foam tips from an old pair of Koss earbuds, and it worked very well. Both ear tips passed the Ear Tip Fit Test with his mod. The memory foam was old, however, and they only lasted a few days before beginning to disintegrate. These Zotech tips seemed promising, but they only come in medium. I decided to give them a shot anyway. They arrived yesterday. They are comfortable and stay in my ears well, but like the OEM silicone tips, they don't seal well in my right ear. The right Air Pod Pro still flunks the Ear Tip Fit Test.Appeal to Zotech: Please make your Memory Foam Ear Tips in Large! Thanks!

A must for your Airpods
*** Update 12/29/20***So I'm gonna knock down a few stars in these because while they're great functionally; longevity is another issue.I've had a tip lose its mesh liner, no big deal right? Same thing happens to the rest but within a shorter period of time within use. Which makes me think whatever adhesive they use isn't the best instead of just wear and tear. Then again these are cheap? But you might wanna seek higher quality tips if after the first set doesn't hold up.So those silicone tips that come default on Airpods Pro really sucks; For me the medium/large doesn't really stay in my ears and they definitely slip out with a little sweat. Was on the lookout for foam tips since I already know foam offers a huge improvement over silicone tips any day, these seemed to fit the bill since they come in two pairs and the reviews are good. Got these in and they snap into the Airpod clips with no fuss, even better the sound cancellation and pass-through seem to work better; added bonus is that bass is a little better (but not by much since Airpods go for a more "natural" sound). These come in a small package so be sure to keep your extra tips somewhere you'll remember!

I am finally in love with my Airpod Pros
The Airpod Pros are nearly perfect. Just what I have wanted for years. I spend a lot of time on airplanes and invest a lot of money (way too much in headphones). But no matter what i did, I could not get them to sit tightly in my ear and stay there. I have to press them in about every 15 minutes, and with sudden movement or my head in a down position they will even fall out. These tips are perfect. They are super comfy and stay put. I think they actually seal out ambient noise better than the silicon. And I cannot detect a difference in the sound quality or the quality of noise cancellation. May, MAYBE the bass seems a bit stronger, but I am not losing any highs.I ordered a few more pair to keep with me in case these get torn or worn out. I would doubt they are as durable as the silicon ones.

Had doubts...but they work flawlessly
I wasn’t sure these were going to wok because of how cheap they are. I added the pricey ones AND these in my shopping cart before purchasing but am glad I removed the more expensive ones. My ears are not shaped like other people’s ears (no...I’m not deformed) but no ear bud “hooks” into the space they are created for. I put these on my AirPods pro, went and exercised, and they stayed in. A couple adjustments here and there but overall, I’m very happy with them. The only thing I wish were different is the foam should be about 3mm longer.

Low quality.
These seem to be very low quality. Barely qualify as memory foam. I'm going to return.
