Arrived very quickly (Prime). My second purchase of these tablets. I feel they are beneficial to my health and I feel confident taking them as they are manufactured in UK

Due to hormone problems after a major operation and having to take lansoprazole for a long time I developed a vitamin b deficiency which made me very ill. Blood tests showed I needed to have a lot of vitamin b urgently. I had injections by a nurse but I also increased my vitamin b levels daily, one of them was these tablets, I like the fact you get precisely the daily amount needed for each of the vitamin bs in each tablet. Sometimes you get a very high dose of vitamin b12 or vitamin b6 which is too high for your needs, this can give you problems like insomnia. I find that having one of these each day helps me to make sure I get enough and build up a store of it too. These tablets help me to feel healthy and have more energy without any side effects. They are also very affordable, easy to swallow and have no nasty taste.

The bottle is flat, the lid covers the top; I wish it was a flip top because i get a number of tablets out when tipping them out. I find the tablets easy to Swallow. There are 365 tablets in a bottle and the best before date is in 20 months time.

I have been taking these for a year and my blood test results indicate that they are working as my B vitamin levels are good. You get 365 tablets, take one a day makes these great value the only thing I would change is the container.

I’ve been taking these for a couple of weeks they seem good haven’t noticed a big difference but I’m sure they’re helping.

The coating, which is rough, and size of this tablet makes swallowing difficult so that I have to eat solid food afterwards.I am now looking to buy alternative even though I have almost whole packet left. Would not recommend
