STALE!!! I debated about buying bread online but wasn't worried because I have always had NO problem with Amazons refund policy. I contacted the seller and they were of no help. They told me if I don't like the flavor I shouldn't have ordered! It had nothing to do with flavor. The bread was stale. Similar to freezer burned bread. I don't care if the exp date was within a few days. The bread was STALE!When it is as it should be I LOVE this bread!!. That is why I paid a ridiculous amount for it! My local Sam's club used to stock it but discontinued it. The packages received from online Grocery Outlet were not the quality product I always bought. I use this bread to make sandwiches. It has always been very flexible. The bread I received breaks when bent. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!BTW Amazons buyer satisfaction was of no help!

The bread arrived fresh enough, but my biggest problem was, how difficult it was to get a pocket. The words Pita and Pocket bread are well known for a pocket meant to hold salads or meats. In fact when I looked it up on Wikipedia, they said especially Greek Pita Bread is known for their pocket formation. I followed the package directions but had a pocket problem every time. I also was not happy with the added sugar in the ingredients.
