Rollz Motion 2-n-1 Rollator Transport Chair (Orange)

A couple major issues with this chair and business practice. First, there are very few adjustments. The only one available is the handles for height. But if you are short your feet won't reach the footpads and there is no way to adjust that. You can't even put blocks on the footpads because then they won't fold. Which leads to the business practice. It costs 30% or $300 to return this chair undamaged. This restocking fee is not described on the Amazon page and maybe it is in the link to "full disclosures"; regardless, this fee needs to be very clear in the product description.

I searched for hours and hours online and in doing so, I figured out what I needed to get. I wanted to be able to walk outside again for exercise and also to work in my yard. So I looked for the biggest wheels so I could walk with it anywhere. I debated and debated if I should spend this much.My husband wanted to be able to push me, just in case. So that also added to the cost. Bottom line though, I am just thrilled with it. I'm walking almost every day now for an hour since I can sit down on it for rest as needed. I recommend looking at You Tube videos and get as much info as you can. One of the brakes wasn't equal to the other and the video showed how to make the easy adjustment. Seems very high quality. Very easy to convert from walker to transport chair. We will pass it along to our children to use as they get older.

My husband and I were very happy when we bought this Chair 5 months ago. He has Parkinson's, and his medication is working unpredictably -- when it's on, he can move reasonably well but needs a rollator for balance. When the meds are off, he suddenly becomes immobile and we need to convert the chair to wheelchair. At first everything worked as advertised. Minor inconveniences -- it is rather heavy, doesn't fold quickly for a taxi ride, and he has to walk too far from the rollator if the wheelchair seat is attached. The reason I am now giving this product one star (and I would have given 0 if it were possible): this product is NOT SAFE. As somebody already noticed, it does not have "Flip stop." The other day we were crossing the street when my husband leaned on the handles a bit too hard and the front wheels suddenly flipped up, the rear wheels kept rolling, and my husband fell pretty hard on both knees. We were so lucky he did not smashed the knee caps! Only because he is not that old and his bones are still strong. But he got bad bruises and scratches. We are also thankful for many considerate people: the drivers who stopped and waited patiently and passersby who helped me to get my husband on his feet. It isn't worth the aggravation to sue the company or try to get our money back. We will use it as a wheelchair at home when needed. What a waste of money! So please don't buy this product.

I can transport my blind elderly mother without assistance using the rollz.

Great Product very sturdy, well engineered !! It is one of the best I have ever seen and very versatile.

Very disappointed! Chair was purchased for an upcoming trip to Hawaii. While there, chair failed to perform as advertised. Its inability to switch between its rollator and chair functions, left my wife in a vulnerable situation. With its handles in opposing directions, it operated poorly in both positions. Upon our return I yet to get anyone to response for service. Given its high price tag, I expected a more reliable product and a service response. Save your money.

I have progressive M.S. Walking for long or short distance is becoming more difficult. this rollator is awesome! Turns into transport chair in no time.I'm 6'2" 220 lbs. and my wife is 5ft even, she can not only put it into our car but can easily wheel me around, I love it.

Very disappointed that the MFG has discontinued in color ORANGE. For those of you that wanted a color to make a statement about who you are, even in walker. They have let you down.
