A simple medicine ball for exercises. The only thing I wish I could change is the color, the bright fuchsia pink is not my cup of tea. I would love the option of pastel colors, but I don't think thats commonly expected in medicine balls. Works well and has decent grip.

Very basic but not bad for price. Am disabled so use it for chair excerises and am just beginning so good affordable option till you get in the swing of it.

とても良い感じです。他社のボールも持っていますが滑るのでゴム手袋をしてトレーニングしています。このボールは素手で持っても手に吸い付く感じで滑らずよく考えられていると思います。
