Self explanatory directions, one size fits all with scissors, decent construction but not great (flags seem simple to tear, belt is practically indestructible except for the plastic holder). Had to trim the part where the belt connects with the plastic catch because the start of the belt, the part that was stuck to the plastic, overlapped the hole for the other side. 5 seconds with a razor and I'm good to go. 4/5 on quality but 5/5 on shipping. Somewhere between my city post office and mailbox USPS lost my package. After a few days calling them the shipper sent me a brand new on that arrived quickly, packaged well. Thank you for the diligence!

Not easy to put on child
This product is very hard to get on and off a child because it doesn’t clip. You have to weave the hard plastic through little skits in the belt.
