I haven't used ACT or thought of ACT since I was a kid. I remember the Red color and definitely remember the single serving dispenser. They must be doing something right to still be around, it was the 80s. This makes using mouthwash EASY. No more too big mouthfuls, no more mouthwash left in the cup being tossed. This dispenses the perfect amount and the taste, nice. Yes, I said it. This mouthwash tastes good. No alcohol means no burn afterwards. I didn't think about it being Alcohol free when I saw it, I just needed mouthwash and remembered the dispenser. But this is now my favorite mouthwash. I can't speak to its cavity fighting formula, (can any user, really?) but its the number one brand recommended by dentists. I just know it leaves my mouth feeling fresh and clean every time I use it. Now If I could go back and tell little me using this mouthwash in the 80s I'd be writing this review 40+ yrs I'm sure he's be amazed.

I really like that this mouthwash comes with a dosing cup. It makes it quick and easy to use, and I get almost exactly a month’s use out of the bottle because the dosing is consistent. I probably pick this brand mostly for that reason because I hate having to pour into a separate cup or lid. The mint flavor is great, not too strong but definitely refreshing. Since it is alcohol-free, there is no burning sensation while using it, and my teeth always feel clean afterward. I also like that it doesn’t foam up too much so I can swish for the full minute I usually do.

Recommend by my dentist, and I've bought several so far! Zero alcohol is gentler for the gums, and the flouride is great for the teeth (so I've been told!). Nice and soft mint taste, without being too overwhelming or harsh. Good buy.

I use this every time I brush my teeth. I have no clue if it stops cavities, but I like thinking that I am being more proactive than merely brushing my teeth. I appreciate that there is no alcohol. The flavor is not painful like other formulas can be.
