Sent wrong color.
The part was in overall good order and worked once installed. The color they sent was wrong however. I ordered a white trim color charge port and headphone cable replacement. They sent a gray colored one. Unfortunately I needed a functional phone ASAP so I just installed what they sent. It's not terrible because you can't really tell from a distance or with a phone cover. It just sucks they got something so basic so wrong.

Microphone only picks up if you scream into it
purchased this to repair a charging issue. The charging port works but the microphone does not. So after the hassle of replacing this, I now have a phone that I can charge but not talk on

Good as new! and a perfect fit
The charging port on iPhones often fail after a couple of years but the fix is straightforward if you have good eyesight and a steady hand. There are lots of videos on Youtube that show how to install this part so I followed one and hey presto everything works as new. The item fitted perfectly and no fettling was required as is often the case with 3rd party spares. Recommended.

Easy to install if you take your time and watch YouTube guides but make sure you keep the screws in their correct position as there are alot and different sizes
