Good quality, love sailor moon for over 20 years!

The day that this was released I still had no email about when it would be delivered. I have had to cancel previous volumes that I preodered from Amazon and even other items that Amazon have not fulfilled delivereing on the preorder date, even when preordered months in advance.This Sailor Moon Eternal edition I preordered last time had the delivery date changed to "we'll let you know when we post it to you" or something like that, despite me having pre-ordered it and it being available and having stock on prime and so I cancelled and then bought one which was then delivered the next day.This time I clicked and the item said "out of stock, we'll let you know when we send it out" so have cancelled again and bought from elsewhere.What's the point in preordering if Amazon are not going to hold their end of the contract and not bother putting pre-orders before ones that are not preordered?Reluctant to preorder anything from Amazon again as this has happened with other items as I say for months.
