5 stars all the way
Awesome screen tent! Best of all it easily zips closed & stays completely dry. That means my cushions, fan & everything else can remain in there. When I had screen tents up before this one was constantly dragging things out to dry. No more! I had bought astro turf to use with open screen tents as the floor - & its serving as an even nicer comfortable dry floor in the Kodiak. A friend is going to bring light PVC poles to attach to the 2 outside roll-up sections to make it easier to open & close - but not bad as is. I wouldn't think of this screen tent as particularly portable though - its kind of heavy & bulky for short camping trips. I will leave it up all spring & summer. I also plan to buy a can of spray-on UV treatment to protect the canvas from the sun & hopefully elongate its life.

Good with some caveats
The media could not be loaded. I have somewhat mixed feelings on the Kodiak screen house tent. I've only taken it on one trip so far, so hopefully, I'll become more proficient in erecting it with experience. I own the Kodiak 10x10 Flex Bow tent as well and found this screen house much harder to stake down properly. For one, I can get away with only staking the corners of my regular tent, but needed to use all of the stake points with the screen house. Since it lacks a floor, wind can blow under it, lifting it off the ground easily if all stakes points aren't used. After getting it up, I needed to re-do many of the stakes because some were too taunt preventing the screen doors from opening smoothly or causing the 6 inch lip of the "floor" to not sit flush with the ground. The other challenge is going to be keeping the canvas of this tent clean. Since it lacks a floor, you'll really want to lay down a tarp first to avoid having the canvas come in direct contact with the ground. Obviously, this will make it trickier to install over a picnic table, etc. since you'll potentially need a much larger tarp or multiple to keep it from getting dirty.Once up, this screen house is incredibly spacious and versatile. The screen doors on the front and back can be unzipped and rolled up. The sides have fixed screens which can be closed from the inside with zipping canvas panels. You can take down the awnings and use them as canvas doors to complete seal up the screen house. Unlike most screen houses, this means that this screen house can double as a actual tent.I haven't had to deal with packing up either my Kodiak tent or screen house when wet, but I imagine that this will be anything but fun. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and looking forward to my next camping trip!

Kick ass tent my kids will have one day
Best tent money can buy. This is a solid tent but heavy if your caught in a wind or rain storm its like being in a small house does not hardly move other campers tents blew away but the kodiak did not even move a tent stake. Great tent do not put away wet and coat with extra kiwi waterproof spray seal. End triangle screen is a must in hot summer camping.

Better since was sent an overstock one that has mesh stake loops!
I'm up updating my review on this product! I bought this under the pretense it was the same quality as Kodiak Canvas Tents. The walls and roof not bad. But the stake loops plastic!!! NOT durable stake loops like the tents! And the ground skirting fair quality! Stitching little weak where skirts sewn on screen body. So the first screen house sent it back. Waited a few months found Amazon had an overstock of these. Took a chance ordered another. Second one came with mesh stake loops which redeemed my confidence in screen house. Come to find out the plastic stake loops have been manufactured in the last year in half. So I received an older model. Which is just fine with me. I rated from two stars to four stars now!

it has awesome walls, zippers
When I bought it a year ago on here, it did not say screen house in the name and didn't say "no floor" in the description, so you can imagine my surprise when I set it up in the Black Rock desert, an insanely harsh environment, and discovered it floorless. However, it's quality is on par with all kodiak tents, its durable, it has awesome walls, zippers , screens and poles. Even with no floor it's better than most tents. I was disappointed though as one of the stake loops ripped off upon very first set up.
