Don't hesitate, just buy it!!! This spray has changed the game for me and I couldn't be more in love with it. I've used it for 10 days and it has helped me sleep so much better and feel good when I wake up. It might be one of the best things I've ever bought myself.For the past 10 years, I have had trouble falling asleep quickly, usually taking 1-4 hours to fall asleep. I always get scared to try different sleep aids since I have melatonin sensitivity, like a dose that should make me get 8 hours will knock me out for 48 hours. I was so nervous that this spray would either be too strong and knock me out for a day or that it wouldn't be strong enough, and I'd still be lying awake at 3 am.I can confidently say that this spray has had such a huge impact on me, and I don't know how I could ever not use it. Usually, I only have a night or two a month where I can fall asleep within an hour, but I have been able to get to sleep within an hour (sometimes a half hour!) 8 out of 10 days. This is the first sleep aid I've had that doesn't make me feel groggy and slow the next day, I actually feel refreshed and have been able to be more productive during the day since I'm finally getting consistent sleep. No nightmares, no racing thoughts keeping me up til 4 am, no drowsy feeling, no negative side effects. I found that I do sleep better when I use the shower gel and lotion that goes with this spray, but they aren't necessary, and the spray does its job on its own. 2-3 sprays on my pillow and I'm setThe only thing I don't love about this is the scent, like it doesn't smell bad but I wouldn't buy a perfume of it. This scent could easily be someone's favorite scent, but it just isn't mine lol. I've just never been a camomile or vetivert girl, but with that being said, it isn't like I spray my pillow and I'm up gagging. It's still a calming scent and I'm already getting more and more used to itI'm probably going to end up getting this spray auto-shipped to me and buying it for my family for birthdays or Christmas or whatever. I really love this product and cannot recommend it enough

I have used this every night for the past 5 weeks. I use 3-4 sprays on my pillow every night and I've used about 1/3 of the bottle. Therefore, this bottle will probably last me a good 3 months. It smells wonderful, helps me to relax and I am sleeping very well.

Lovely! With travel restricted due to the current covid pandemic, my focus now is on trying to provide a 5-star hotel experience for my husband and myself at home. I discovered recently that very nice hotels may be using a spray such as this. Also, my husband has been experiencing difficulty sleeping, possibly related to some stress, so I thought I'd give it a try.Some other reviewers have mentioned that the aroma seems very strong and unpleasant, so I was careful not to use too much, a short 3 sprays from distance of about 12". Initially, until it dried, the smell did seem strong, but when spraying the pillow about 15-30 minutes before bedtime, I find the scent to be subtle but very pleasant. Honestly, I wouldn't want to be sleeping on pillows with a scent any stronger than this. When I awoke in the morning, I was barely able to still smell it. Perfect, ready for another quick spritz at bedtime tonight. My husband is definitely NOT a fan of lavender scent. He says it reminds him of someone's grandmother. (I certainly wouldn't want my sweetie to be thinking of old things when he gets in bed with me!). Thankfully, this scent is just mild enough to create an ambiance, not smell like an overpowering air freshener.Why not 5 stars? All due to the cost of the product. Price seems quite steep for a small bottle of fragrance that is a totally discretionary purchase. I've lived my lifetime without this so this is an expensive luxury. Oh, BTW, to help to enhance sleep, near bedtime I'm also adding a soothing cup of chamomile tea with a sleep potion added that includes a little melatonin. Sleeping like a baby!

So I don't leave reviews often unless the product is outstanding or really bad. I checked out the other reviews to see what others said to see if the problem I had was mutual and found a similar review and so I thought I'd share my experience. The first time I tried this product, it was a small, sample size product. And it truly worked when sprayed on a pillow, had a wonderful long lasting scent from natural oils and I felt helped with sleep, because it made you want to nuzzle into your pillow.So my sister's birthday was coming up, and she occasionally has trouble sleeping, so I thought I'd get her this as a gift and get myself a larger version as well because I liked the sample size I'd gotten so much.When it arrived, I quickly opened mine and put it in the bedroom next to my bed to try sometime in the future. About a week later, I sprayed my pillow and the smell was quite unexpected. There was some of the natural oil scent, but mainly the scent was a strong vinegar-Y odor and was nothing like the small sample I had gotten before.I'm not one to send products back or to take the time to write to a seller to try to get a refund or a replacement which would probably just be more of the same. I am the type of person who will leave a review for others as a warning however.Now all I know is that if you get a small sample size version of this or possibly an official version directly from the company who makes this product in the U.K. (they have a website and you can order direct which is my next step), it can be a wonderful product when sprayed on a pillow. But I think this product has been altered or switched at some point and say buyer beware. If you get a product that doesn't smell very strongly of natural plant based oils, you are being duped.
