Given that the product is still within its expiry date, this deterioration suggests possible decomposition or substandard formulation. This is a matter of consumer safety and requires investigation from the manufacturer’s end which they have appraently denied to take onwership of.I have emailed seller and they have shifted the blame to Amazon which is more concerning as they do not want to take ownership of product itself.
