It’s fine.
It’s okay to wear for long periods (doesn’t itch or chafe) but it can get a bit sweaty.Overall I like but I am using the next to last notch and I feel like I have a small neck. So it not be suitable for for some that is above average weight even if it’s muscle not fat.Measure!! The size seems to be correct.

Fantastic overall
This is a fantastic choker, comfortable to wear for long periods of time, no irritation from any of the edges and no dye transfer to the skin from the leather. The middle ring does move but it's fun to fidget with. This is definitely for necks that are normal/small as I believe this is adjustable to a size 16"-17" neck around.

Good Value- Kinda Small!
I love my new choker! It is thinner than it appears here, and perhaps a bit more flimsy. But the material holds up and it looks nice. However, this choker is tighter on me than my others. I'm able to wear it with the buckle on the last hole of the collar. It's not suffocating and irritating at all, but I would've appreciated more flexibility with the tightness.

Good for price
The ring is not secured in place it moves around in the bindings. The actual binding is slightly crooked on mine but it is not terribly noticeable. Good quality faux leather, has not stained my skin. Feels soft to touch, no harsh edges.
