The common complaints (low microphone volume, caller can't hear you) are still prevalent when purchasing the Jabra Extreme2 from this seller. The seller also includes an desertcart Renewed brochure which promises a warranty up to 1 year vs. 90 days. When calling the seller's phone number, there is no outgoing greeting message and, after calling several times, replied via a TEXT message response to contact desertcart for warranty service. desertcart referred me to contact Jabra. Jabra replied that because this seller is NOT a Jabra-approved seller, no warranty applies. Will update this review if customer service improves.
