This stretch board is really good quality and works well. I stand on stretch boards 20 min each day,

It works out for me. All I need was two times a day half hour each. I used the lower setting for leg massager and then use no 1 setting for stretches calves.

Don't buy this. It's hard. There is no give in the product. It hurts. It will cost me 60% of the price to return it for a refund. I hate it so I am going to return it.

床に置いておいて時々ふくらはぎを伸ばしています。足の甲を反らせたうえで身体をまっすぐに。骨盤も開いて肩も開く。ゆっくり出来るところまで前屈する。それだけですが日々の身体リセットのつもりで。足のツボも刺激されるので一石二鳥です。

普段は邪魔ですが、 たまに乗ると気持ちいいです。 ただもう少し深く食い込んでほしい

温泉施設でたまに見かけるあれが 家にもあったらなぁで、購入 自分の悪い所がわかります。 足つぼでマッサージ最高
