I am writing this here as i could not find any direct chat session with the customer care service. Recently i ordered fogg master agar 150ml pack from amazone and today i got my product delivered, . while checking the package i found that there are some scratches and dents on the bottle being sign for the product was mishandled and qty of the product was only 120 ml instead of just 150ml that i ordered. Immediately i phoned customer service person and informed my issue soon after they cheked the complaint i received a reply saying "you can keep the product and the cost incurred will be refunded within 3 working days" It first made me happy but now i feel regret for that, coz we do know you are dealing with whopping number of customers daily and these type small mistakes can happen and be glossed over without any hesitations. Its only this time i am upset with you and iam extremely happy with all the other 50+ deliveries i received from you and as mentioned this kind of mistakes can be excused. So you can deliver the product in the correct qty and take back this, no need for refunds. Delivery was in time and product quality is good. Thank you amazone... One of you loyal customers.

Smells decent and lasts for long time

The perfume is good. Smell is nice. Longevity is also okey. Bt where is the cap of bottle. It has sprayed on the bill also. And bill is washed out now. So plz check the product before sending it away.

The product is good and I use it over my body as it is a deodorant. I ordered as per description 150 ml x 3 bottle cans. But I received 120 ml x 3 bottle cans. Took a loss of 90 ml to what I paid for as per description. I request to kindly change the description please 🙏
