Good for making pastels not for making fabric white

I wanted to make a galaxy fabric so I bought black fabric and went to spray white first where the blue and purple would then be added to make the colors "pop" more. the white never showed up. Buuuuut...I do add this to my other colors to mute them and make lighter or pastel colors. It's great for that.

Paint not packaged correctly.

They should have put tap on the cover's edge. I ended up with a bag full of paint. Not happy!! I use this paint product every day. Love the paint but this was pretty disappointing.

Practically no pigment in the white. It almost seems ...

Practically no pigment in the white. It almost seems watered down and the seal was partially broken. After shaking well as directed and dripping it on to my fabric it dried as if nothing was there.
