It comes with an adaptor that converts the 6-pin DIN (male) conector to USB, so you probably don't need anything else.

Q: Does this have cherry mx blue mechanical key switches?

Yes, I believe it does. Popped off one of the keys which revealed a blue "+" post. Also has the classic "click" and "clack".

Q: How loud are these keys? I’ve heard blue switches can be very loud.

It is about as loud as a keyboard can possibly be. But it is so satisfying! The feel of these keys is, and I don't want to exaggerate here, a sensation that will divide your life into before and after.
