Buying again/great packaging/great product

One of the two packets had split open leading to a small amount of spillage. They were packed in a small box without any packing material in the box. Otherwise I'm happy.

As in the description, it doesn't mean I'll buy nachos or other tortilla/cornflour types of recipes, but it is the best if you like authentic texmex or South American recipes.I personally use it to make:Arepas - look them up if you've not heard of them, it's a sort of light fluffy pitta bread that's very quick and easy to make and stuff with your fave fillings.Nachos - it's quite fiddly but worth the effort, but as I said in the description, store bought don't taste the same now lol.Tortillas - basically, you have to make these before you make nachos, except instead of frying the Nachos in oil, you bake the tortilla on a hot dry panAnd as a thickener for chilli's and stews, but I'm sure there are plenty more uses.

Very good

First time making my own tortillas and good instructions on the packet. Just a bowl and some water to add, five minutes of hand mixing and then I was pressing my tortillas. Nice texture and taste. Very happy.

The price is to high

The media could not be loaded.  I purposely wanted it to make porridge in the morning, something to ease my cravings for porridge back home in Botswana. The grain is too fine but it gets the job done. I bet its good for baking.

Great flour but very expensive here, I found it less than half price elsewhere
