Omg I had so many second thoughts about cup. But I am glad that I started off with sirona. Its easy to use. It comes with intimate wash and cup wash. Its just that you have to learn how to insert the cup perfectly and you are good to go. I highly recommend this product.

Best product wish I had used one sooner recommended by a friend, I use medium.. I get no discomfort... after using tampons for years which used to cause me irritation.. I feel clean and don't dread my period ever month like I used too... also on for less days as it flows naturally. I'm 40 have has 4 children and medium suits me well...hope this review helps.

I am 38 and have not been pregnant. I bought Large but the rim was too hard and it was too big for me. I struggled to insert it and the rim kept hurting the walls of my vaginal canal. It was so painful or uncomfortable that I woke up in deep sleep to remove it. I could feel sudden relief as the hard rim of the cup was hurting the inside if my body. I continued feeling the pain for another day even after removing. I also struggled to take it out. I would highly recommended taking an online test to determine your size.Too scared to try the product again.

After years of not loving the idea of a cup, I finally have been converted and I wish I had done it sooner! I ordered a size large as my flow is usually heavier, turns out it’s not as heavy as I thought! I have been very concerned about how much wise sanitary products I have and after using the cup I wish I had bought it sooner. My flow isn’t as much as I thought. It’s so comfortable to use, I ever forgot I had it in! At first I was emptying it 2-3 a day, but after seeing how little was in there I only did it daily. Easier in the shower to clean using the product provided, which smells amazing. I now just use a feminine wash to clean it. It was a little tricky to get used to at first, but now I understand how it works it’s so easy! I am a outdoors instructor and whilst at work it’s so easy to use, and I’ve noticed no leaks.Definitely recommended to a variety of ladies! It’s amazing!
