## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can this light be mounted on an eave or soffit?**
A: Yes, this light can be safely mounted on an eave or soffit.

**Q: Why does the light keep flashing at night in D2D mode?**
A: The flashing is likely due to a low LUX setting. Increase the LUX level to match the ambient brightness. Also, position the light heads facing up and the sensor facing down to reduce interference from surrounding light.

**Q: Why does the light stay on at night in Auto mode?**
A: This is likely due to a high LUX setting, which can keep the light on. To fix this, lower the LUX setting to match the ambient brightness. Also, position the light heads up and the sensor down to reduce interference from surrounding light.

**Q: Why is the light activated by motion during daytime in Auto/D2D mode?**
A: The LUX setting may be higher than the ambient light in your environment, causing the system to interpret it as "night" and turn on when motion is detected. Try lowering the LUX setting to resolve this issue.

**Q: How to reset the light?**
A: 1. Turn off the power to the light for 30 minutes. 2. Turn the power back on. 3. Re-adjust all settings and check if it works properly. If the light is still malfunctioning, reset it and adjust all settings again.
