I bought this belt to use with my tandem tslim insulin pump. However, it's too small/tight for plus sizes. Yes, it does stretch, but it looks bad underneath clothing as it shows the indention of the belt on the skin, etc. If you are plus size (12+ up) then I wouldn't suggest buying this to wear under thin clothing.However - It is excellent for wearing around the house and also for sleeping with your insulin pump. It stays in place when you roll over and keeps the pump hose secure so you don't accidentally pull it in your sleep. So I will be keeping it just for that usage!

I listen to podcasts and audiobooks on my iPhone when I exercise or garden, and the SPIbelt has been the best option I've found to utilize it. Armbands just got in the way. You can make the belt loose or snug, your preference. The quality is top-notch. The pouch is snug, my iPhone just fits inside it with an ID and key.

GREAT Belt! I mainly got this to hold my phone while I went on rides with my kids. It works GREAT for that...doesn't interfere with any of the restraint systems that I've come across. I've also used it for bike riding and it is very comfortable with that too.

I am a bigger girl size 16-18 US and I was doubtful that this belt would fit properly. But it does, and it's comfy! It also easily fits my phone (S4 Mini) - I know it could fit more, but I haven't had to do that yet :)

I've always loved the SPIbelt. This was actually purchased for a friend, and she loved it as well. We use them at music festivals that we go to, but these would be handy in just about any situation.

Borrowed one from my friend for my half-marathon training and fell in love so bought one of my own. This holds my phone, ipod and key easily and stays on my hips well for long runs. Very impressed.

Fun design. We Get lots of compliments. We had bad timing though, my wife found a plain black product exactly the same and we only paid three dollars for it.

I already have a spibelt and that is definetly useful. I ordered spibelt with pink polka dots, but got with colorful ones. Only for that reason I give four stars.

I love my spibelt, I bought it to put my insulin pump in during the night, it's great, it's comfortable and never moves! In fact I wear it a lot during the day as well now as you don't feel you are wearing it!
