400ml Colour IT Sky Blue Gloss All Purpose DIY Spray Paint Metal Wood Plastic

Bought to respray my old cast iron kitchen scales. It worked well although it did need 3 coats. Make sure you use in a well ventilated area as it's pretty smelly. The first can I bought was faulty but this was quickly replaced by the seller so I highly recommend. The paint has a high gloss, baby blue finish. There is a knack to getting the safety thing undone before you can use the spray. I can't remember what it is but if you read the instructions on the can it tells you. I have lots left in the can should I wish to spray anything else, so a little goes a long way

This is not like most paints I've used. It kind of feels like emulsion. And it is very messy in that you need an open space or enclosure to capture all the paint vapour that ends up in the air and rains back down. It was too cold to paint in my shed so I had lots of paper down in my extension and sprayed up close into the box it came in, over some 3D printed parts. Next day I saw my tiled floor looked like it had a coating all over it. Wiping it with my hand it was fine blue paint dust, but luckily it was only the dust and not the solvent so hoovered up and wiped up with a damp cloth. This doesn't normally happen with aerosol I don't think. Anyway, colour is as shown and looks good, with about 2-3 coats making everything look even. I also used it to spray into the lid and use a paint brush to get to areas I could not reach. It took a long time in white spirits to get the paint off the brush but it worked. ABOUT THE PRESSING BEING IMPOSSIBLE: Others have said they couldn't press the nozzle down to get the paint out.... This is because there is a safety insert under the nozzle that needs removing first. Just pull the nozzle off to get it out, then put the nozzle back again. This stops the nozzle being pressed in transit and causing a mess, like many have moaned about. They should probably mention it in the description or a note in the packaging, since it is causing them to get bad reviews from people who are cognitively challenged.

Used this spray to change the colour of metal shelving brackets. Great even coverage and strong colour. Product easy to use & very satisfied with my handy work. Used the product over a year ago and the colour and finish is just as good as day 1!

Good stuff. Used to repaint to metal birds standing in the garden. They look really good now with their new colour. Really easy to use. Strong smelling so be careful around children.

Bought this for a project and I could not hold down the spray top to spray the paint. It was too stiff. Had to embarrassingly ask a bloke to do it for me and he couldn’t do it either. Eventually we managed to get it to spray and the colour is much much paler than shown and it looks dreadful - stick to normal paint. They have gone in the bin. Do not buy as it’s a waste of money.

I have old but solid plastic garden chairs, used plastic primer and then this spray, great Jon, did exactly as said on tin, chairs look great. Purchasing from this supplier one can is good value for money.

I have spray painted my iron sun catcher/ wind chimes thingy. It is staying on after 4 months so hopefully will work longer. Very hard to press and had to press the nozzle with both thumbs and pains like hell. Other than that the paint is good.
