ULTRAMAN ACE - THE COMPLETE SERIES - STEELBOOK BD [Blu-ray]

English sub only but still a great experience to rewatch these old shows on modern TVs, Love Ultrman and I've purchased many on these Blurays and DVDs hoping my kids will too ha just like I enjoyed my mother showing me old Godzilla films and telling me how they watched them at theaters on the weekends for less than a dollar on Monster Madness Saturdays!!

I have three of these DVD sets so far and plan to collect more. I bought the standard packaging ve the Steelbook versions due to the lower price, but they are still excellent sets. The packaging is outstanding from the outer box to the DVD case with its beautifully decorated inserts. Each set contains a booklet with great information including the history of that particular series, character descriptions, stats and abilities for the "Ultra" of that particular series, episode descriptions, photos of all the monsters encountered in that series, and more.The video quality looks great, and the sound appears to be optimized for modern sound systems without sounding unnaturally enhanced beyond the original sound (no exaggerated explosions or additional sound effects).The English subtitles are set to come on automatically, but can be switched off & back on manually as desired.I grew up in the early 70's with the original Ultraman on UHF TV and am enjoying the extended universe now with Ultraseven, and Ultraman Jack (Return Of Ultraman). Looking forward to Ace, Taro, and Leo in the near future as well as what will hopefully come after that.

Ultraman is Awesome....This Exclusive Steelbook Bluray set is out of this World.....The Digital Copy Code didn't work at first....But I tried again today after a couple of weeks and it worked....must have been a delay or the Steelbook dropped earlier than expected and the code hadn't been activated yet...So its all complete and good....Ultraman Ace!!!!The new Ultraman Steelbooks release is a Dream come true for me.....Been enjoying Ultraman since the seventies....This Steelbook Series is a must have for Collectors. :)

Ultraman Ace comes for the first time on blu-ray!I'm just going to give you a quick plot synopses, alien dude called Yapool comes to earth and pretty much this new Ultraman, Ultraman Ace, has to stop him and his monsters.... Thats about it It's pretty simple.With the growing era of ultraman, there are a lot more cameos from previous ultraman series of the past so all 3 previous ultraman, including the father of ultra for the first time, is in the show very briefly.This is also the first and last time in an ultraman series were there are not one, but two hosts for an ultraman. Makes for rather unqiue storytelling.So why 3 stars? Well my digital code wasn't working, so I contacted movie spree support see if they can fix it, if they can I'll update it to 4 stars.*edit June 13 2020* Ok so after days of trying to contact moviespree still no response, thankfully I kept my original digital copy and bam it works after trying it out again so as promised I moved it to 4 stars.... I guess it was just some activation error and it took a bit of time for the code to magically re-activate itself. Anyways now it's part of my moviespree digital library.Another star off because the plastic sleeve on the steelbook was a bit warped on the top and bottom, making it a bit hard to remove the actual steelbook. Thankfully the booklet and the steelbook are flawless no scratches.... So far its my favorite steelbook design, with ultraman ace, father of ultra, ultraman, and ultraman jack are all in the back.... Werid to see that ultraseven isn't on there as well, since he does make an appearance in the series.So ya it's defently a buy.On a side note I dont see any other future pre-orders for the next wave of ultraman blu-rays yet, but hey got plenty of time to watch this 52 series before they do that, heck I'm still watching the return of ultraman myself.Who needs to go outside with a deadly virus going on when you can just sit back and watch some ultraman anyway.

We are getting all of them. We started with Ultra Q and have progressed through all available. He loves how the side bars of the dvd cases make a consistent picture when you line them up.

ｐｓ4で再生できるので、視聴は問題ありません。品質も良く、全話再生できました。字幕を消すのには操作が必要で、ＰＳ4だと一話ごとに操作しなおす必要があるので、字幕のまま視聴しました。ウルトラマンエース。名作です。エースキラー、ヒッポリト聖人、ヤプール、強敵ぞろいで楽しいですね。最終話のアレは…ヤプールはかなり卑怯だと思います。子供向けの番組であれは反則です。

北米版Blu-ray付属のブックレットの怪獣紹介でなぜか一番最初にジャンボキングおるしカウラの写真があきらかにジャンボキングだしどんだけジャンボキング好きやねん！隊員紹介は梶はともかく吉村隊員だけ載ってないし、いろいろツッコミどころのあるブックレットだけど、1DISCに多く入れてくれてこれだけ安く全話観れるなら文句はありません！買ってから何度も観ております。おすすめです！
