At first, when I was shopping for spice jars, I thought that all the goodies included in this package were frivolous. I bought these because they seemed like good jars; I'd previously made the mistake of buying bad spice jars that liked to fall over.But when they arrived and I started putting spices in them, oh, I LOVED the little labels and the funnel. It was a lovely experience putting spices in the jars and then labeling them. Whoever put together this kit knows the value of selling an experience. I went into this purchase thinking I only really needed about half of the jars. I ended up filling them all with something-or-the-other, and finished wishing I had more.My cabinet has never been better prettier or better organized, and the spices that came in plastic bags are now so much easier to find and use. And yes, the jars do a pretty good job of holding spices, are nicely weighted, and have nice screw-on caps and an optional plastic shaker layer that lets you choose between fine and coarse dispensing.I adore these spice jars. I'm trying to stop myself from buying more.

Emptied out all my plastic ones into these. If you got the extra money and you been debating if it's really necessary, trust that it is worth the neat and organized look. I also like the look better with the black label sticker on the front of the glass than on the lid.

I used these in addition to 8oz and 6 oz jars to reorganize my seasonings. There are a TON of different spice and seasoning labels that even someone with the most unique spices could likely find what they are looking for. Glass and covers seem to be of good quality and the packaging was very nice.You should note that I believe the capacity listed is FLUID ounces. This means that the jars are not one size fits all for spices. i.e. a store bought jar of bulkier, lightweight spices like bay leaves or dried rosemary may weigh 1.25 ounces but fit in the 4 ounce jar, and something finer but heavier such as Seasoned Salt, may come in a store bought jar labeled as 3.75 ounce and fit in the 4 ounce jar.I remedied this by purchasing a few different sizes of jars.

We love our new spice jars. I like how uniform everything looks. I think the only negative is the labels i have. (The only reason i have a 4 star review) They are clear and just the font is black so on a full bottle of oregano, it’s very hard to see the label. A white background with black lettering would be much more noticeable. Overall wonderful product.

The bottles are the perfect size. They have shaker tops included to make dispensing easier. There are lots of labels to choose from. Everything arrived in perfect shape. No breaks, dents, dings, or scratches. Highly recommend.

Very nice set. The labels cover every spice known to man, at least in the U.S. This is the second set I bought as I ran out of bottles.

There were many of the same jars to choose from, but I chose these because of the labels. From what I could see, this seller has a big variety of preprinted labels.There are 2 different kinds of labels. The clear, preprinted ones are small. These are for the lid. You won't want to use them for the jar itself. The round, larger labels are for the front of the jar. Be sure you write (pen is included) the spice on the label before you stick it. It also comes with a rubber funnel.I use my jars to transfer bagged spices to, for my own spice mixes, and to store lemon & lime zest. My mom needed to borrow some of my jarred garlic, so I used one of my jars & labeled it. Perfect!
