It looks terrific but since it’s a gift I can speak to how it works. Since the one my husband has been using is tiny and well worn this new one will make my husband happy. He likes ease when starting a fire.

Great for backyard and camping fires.
We store this with the extendable forks and other fun fireside stuff. Now when we go camping we just need the wood and a decent poking stick. It's definitely useful but also is fun and interactive the way a good poking stick is. If you have someone in your life that constantly volunteers to get the fire going, this may belong in their kit.
