I liked that it was received when I was told I would get. The house is quality made and has stood the test of time for our chinchilla, she is quite rough with most products we buy, and so far it's made to stand up to her abuse. We would buy again.

I'd recommend at least every 5 days to empty the hide and remove any wet bedding, otherwise it'll soak into the bottom as there's wood there. Otherwise she loves it in there and she's spent most of quarantine in there haha. Its got tons of space and she uses all of it haha.

I have a Syrian hamster so it has taken me a really long time to find a house that would be easy enough to clean and he would comfortably fit in. I honestly am so surprised how large this house is. It’s perfect size for him to be able to hide his things and comfortably sleep in. The only downside is I rarely see my hamster anymore because he is too attached to his new home. It can be a bit difficult to clean but not that hard.

My very large fatty syrian loves that he doesn't have to wear his house as a shell anymore bc he's too big for it. He's so happy he can store food inside his house. So roomy.

Not easy to clean. My Guinea pigs already took a piece of the roof off so not sure it’s “chew proof.” Very unhappy with my purchase.

Perfect size for our chinchillas. Very cute houses. They do chew on the bark roof. However, there chinchillas what else would we expect.
