I love this brand of vitamins but the only problem I have with this is that they are extremely large and not so easy for me to swallow, so I had to switch to another brand.

I have been using this for awhile now and yes I think it helps . I stopped for a couple weeks just to see if it made a difference and I felt much better when I was using it . I am back to using it again and will continue .
