Exactly what it says it is. When you need them------you need them!
What can you say about a washer? The discription is 100% accurate. I needed to center some wheels on a 2mm axle, and 2 washers on each side did the trick. As a maker/modeler type person, I like to have various parts and pieces on hand. You never know when you will need that one odd piece to finish the job. Believe it or not, 200 of these will go fast for me because of the current project I am on. It's nice to know that Amazon makes stuff like this easy to get.
