Once removed please hold the filter upside down at a slight angle and shake it for 5-6 seconds before returning it to the upright position. You should hear the carbon particles inside moving. The filter was set up at 2 pm, it's 7 pm and i have about a 1/2 inch of filtered water. How do i contact for a replacement?
