"new" ballast
So even though it says it multiple places, THIS IS NOT A NEW BALLAST! it is most definitely used. It works but false advertising entirely. And as such a little on the spendy side.

To replace the current ballasts It met my expectations. Electric supply house did not have I ordered from amazon it was in stock.
