Worked Well, Good Quality
assembled easily, sturdy construction. Bought 4x 8' pressure treated 2x4s, slide these on, secured so they didn't slip. Loaded my firewood and it's all neatly by the side of the house readily accessible to use in our wood burning stove this winter.

Sturdy gold size
Only issue I had to chisel the 2x4 ends very slightly and bang them into place. Which gives a tight fit. Making it very sturdy with no shaking to worry about

DONT BUY THEY LIE! NOT FOR 2x4
I purchased this product with anticipation of getting a delivery of wood. Went to the lumber store, got 2 by 4s... Was ready to put it together when I found out that the 2 by fours will not fit into the brackets. You need 2 x3's. That is not what the description says. I called to return it. It is very heavy and the only way it can be returned is if I sit at home all day, waiting for a UPS driver, because i'm not able to lift it and bring it to kohl's. I would never buy from this company and truthfully. Am very disappointed in the way I was treated by Amazon. Also, when I called to return the product. So eat the fifty dollar purchase or lose a day's pay waiting for u p s. I have read other reviews, and by using a 2 / 3. It is very wobbly, and not sturdy. Therefore, I would want to use the2x4 as i have used in the past on a similar firewood holder. Poor quality!

Bracket too small to fit a 2x4
Because the lower bracket is made too small to fix a 2x4 piece of lumber (nominal size of 2x4 is 1.5" x 3.5"), you have to chisel or shave 1/8 - 1/4 of an inch of the wood thickness so the wood will fit so it is 3.25". It doesn't take too long, but you have to do this 4 times (2 pieces of wood on each end).

There is no horizontal support across the base of the ends
I am very happy with the Fire Beauty Firewood Log Rack. I purchased a 10' long ground contact treated pine 2x4 and cut it in two to go between the two ends. I was concerned because there is no support between the feet of the ends but with logs on the rack and the rack sitting on the ground I do not expect that to be a problem. Although I bought ground contact treated lumber, I decided to set my rack up on cinder blocks to keep the rack above the ground and allow better air circulation. I attached the treated lumber to the rack with stainless steel wood screws as I live in a salt air area. I recommend you NOT tighten the bolts used to connect the feet to the u-shaped tops of the racks too tight as you could bend the tubing. I just snugged them up about 3/4 of a turn past when all slack was removed.

Standard 2x4's work no shaving down or filling in. We used 16 footers for maximum stacking. Got 2sets about a month ago. Really like these
