Massage Ball Roller 2 Piece Deluxe Set for Massage Therapy

Everyone should he one of these in their home. They are amazing, simple, and effective at working out knots and sore muscles. I've had a strained forearm muscle for months now, affecting my mobility. I haven't been able to apply enough pressure long enough to effectively work it out. Within 2 days of owning these I only have a minor tendon sprain to heal now, the muscle aches are gone. I can reach problem areas on my own without cramping or tiredness, and a little help from my hubby to get some harder to reach areas when needed. So nice to watch TV and work out a stiff neck or tense lower back. I gave the second to my dad as he's a walking ball of knots too.

I'd previously purchased a Nayoya accupressure mat to help with back and neck pain. Using it regularly helped alleviate my pain enough for me to be able to join a gym and begin working with a trainer. After my sessions, I was so sore that I had trouble walking and performing other daily tasks due to the stiffness and aches throughout my body. My trainer recommended massage rollers that I could use on my own to help with muscle recovery that worked as well as a massage, but at a fraction of the cost. I had experience with other rollers before, but didn't find them particularly effective or pleasant to use. I figured I had a positive experience with Nayoya products before, so I gave these a shot. I must say that these balls are absolutely AMAZING. When I got them delivered to my job (almost an entire week before the expected delivery date, btw), my coworkers were fascinated and asked to try them. The unanimous verdict was "wow". I use them after my workouts and the difference in recovery time is astounding. I'd normally rely on water and sleep to help with recovery, but since I haven't been sleeping well, these are an absolute godsend in terms of improving circulation to the muscles and helping the body eliminate lactic acid buildup. The balls themselves are not heavy to hold and are easy to maneuver around your body. I use them with clothes both on and off - it doesn't matter, because the material used to make them doesn't cling to skin and cause discomfort, which is a plus, having tried other massage rollers that were made of things like rubber that snagged my long hair when I used them on my neck or shoulders. The rollers work equally well on all of the muscle groups I've used them on - my forearms, upper arms, shoulders, neck, upper and lower legs, etc. More pressure used slower resembles a deep-tissue massage, and less pressure used with faster movements helps with my surface pain, akin to a swedish massage. I asked one of my friends to use them on my back, and it was absolute HEAVEN. Very affordable, fast shipping, and they work better than costly massages. I've recommended these to all of my friends - anyone who does any type of fitness or appreciates regular massages will benefit from these.

These are basically small spheres of marble in little plastic holders. They work pretty well for massage and will spare your hands/wrists/thumbs from the usual strain. They tend to work best when standing over the person you are massaging so you can lean in to get more pressure. Not great for point work, but does a solid job of rolling muscle and fascia.

The construction feels flimsy, but these little guys get the job done. With a little pressure, you can really hit a knot effectively. It won't replace an oil-and-fingers massage (not by a long shot!) but it's something you can use over-the-clothes and ON SKIN! That's probably the best part about it. You know how you'll be using other massage tools that can only work when the recipient has a thin material to buffer? That isn't a concern for this product. I would rate a higher-quality item with four stars, but these feel cheap. Don't get scared off by that: they work well enough. You won't be disappointed so long as your expectations are meted.

I got a chance to use this twice a day for over a week now and it's great for myofascial treatment and gets rid of all the knots in all the muscles as well as relieves tension in my neck and back from as office desk job. Sitting for 8 hours a day 5 days a week makes my back and neck very stiff and tense. I also go to the gym every evening after work and these massage ball rollers (comes in a set of 2)help me with muscle recovery by eliminating lactid acid from muscle groups such as the quadriceps (upper thighs)and breaks up the fibers for faster recovery and better blood flow. These ball rollers fit perfectly in your palm and in a rolling motion you can massage your legs, chest, abs, and neck. You would need a 2nd person if you want a back massage but that's a given for any manual massage product. I very much enjoy deep tissue massages so I ask my girlfriend to use alot of pressure while rolling these massagers around my back as you can control the type of massage you give/get because you control the pressure yourself since its powered by the strength of your hand. I am going to put these into my carryon when I go on vacation next month as these will be great on vaca at the end of the day.

We also wanted something that we could use during labor and delivery while my contractions were strong. We ordered the massage roller balls based on the excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. We received them within a couple days of our purchase and were able to test them out before our first labor and delivery room experience. The roller balls feel great on every part of the body, are easy to use and easy to store/transport. We still use them all of the time, especially now that we are sleep deprived and adjusting to life as new parents. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable massage tools.

These balls really serve their purpose. I work long hours and am on my feet all night. Every night, I ask my fiancé to massage my back. Due to his occupation, he works often with his hands and they are already sore. With these balls, he can roll them on my back while he watches tv, or is on his phone, without causing any more pain to his hands. I also roll them on my legs too, because being on them all day and working out makes for sore muscles. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because sometimes the balls stop rolling midway thru.... but with a poke of a finger in the hole they are back to functioning. These arrived very quickly too.
