Stainless was not finished on hinge side. Bolt was too short. Hinges did not align correctly with each other. I couldn’t bag it back up and return it fast enough.

I was impressed with the quality and the polished stainless steel. I used it on my LANCE camper ladder. The 1 inch hinges worked great. Had to do some sanding on the ladder as after I drilled out the rivets due to some sharp edges. The only negative was that the bolts that were supplied for the hinges were too short and I had to replace them with longer ones so that the lock nuts would engage and not fall off. Too bad, if they were longer I would have rated them 5 stars.

This hardware is made well, looks great. The only shortcoming there’s no washers and the bolt is too short.

I ordered the 1" fitting. Disappointed that these did not fit over my 1" handrail without having to make several passes with coarse sand paper to remove some from the handrail pipe.I made them work but should have been easier.Fitting itself seems sturdy.

Since it took 20 days to arrive, I don't want to return one of the two mounts I purchased. I will hopefully find the correct thread size and replace it. These screws are cheap, but there is not good customer service for anything other than total replacement. The product looks fine.
