I intend to use it for dry form eyeliner and many setting sprays have bad colors** A: there is no color, it is clear and sprays on entire face to "seal" or set your makeup. I use it just prior to my last step of doing mascara. **Q: I already wear a Matte foundation will this make my face look caked when it sets?** A: I use a matte powder base, and it does not make it cakey looking. I've been very pleased. **Q: Does this product have a matte finish like Mac Fix & Matte?** A: This e.l.f. Makeup Mist & Set has a matte finish. Be sure you purchase this & NOT the illuminating which has a dewy finish. I've not used Mac's product, so I can't compare the two.
