Perfect complement to my vertical herb & berry garden! My small backyard has some challenging lighting over 4 seasons, due to 2 trees. This turntable is lightweight plastic, yet sturdy enough to withstand the weight of 4 heavy tiers after watering, and still revolves easily. That lets me manage and maximize sun exposure for the various plants therein. So glad I found it at such a fair price!

This is for the 12 inch table and it works well. Turntable base is pretty thin, only about 3/4 inch thick. Unit is smooth and can be used with either side up as they identical. Rated for up to 200 pounds which is more than most of us will ever need doing bonsai tree trimming. Unit is plastic but feel solid, sits flat, and will definitely work for my tree trimming needs. Unit is very inexpensive at roughly $11.00 and is significantly more economical than other turntables listed on Amazon. Great little turntable!

I bought this turning table to model small bonsai and it works pretty well. Don't think it'll be practical for larger heavy bonsai and plants, but i'll buy something bigger, more sturdy and more practical in the future. Being plastic it's a plus, because it won't rust. It turns easy, without being to loose. Overall, a good purchase that can be used also by my wife to work on her smaller plants and cactus.

For $11 can't ask for more. It spins on both sides though I suggest to spin it carefully. It's very stable, 12 inches is good enough for most bonsais and apparently it can hold up to 200 pounds but I don't suggest to test it. Is novice friendly also is plastic so you won't have to worry about damaging it. What I don't like is that the plastic used is way to thin therefore the care is to have. Other than that is good enough. Totally recommend it if you don't wanna spend on expensive stuff.

I bought this because I'm trying to learn bonsai. I was having a little trouble gauging how much tree branch to prune off my little beginner tree and thought a turntable might help me see what I'm doing. As it turned out it worked well for watering large succulent planters too. I have one made of concrete that is about 12" across and really heavy. I don't like to scratch the table when turning the pot to make sure all the plants in it get watered. The turntable worked great for this. I would think it would be useful for any craft where the project has to be turned while working on it. The turntable is great as a lazy Susan when not needed for other things. I have a heavy canister of tiny rocks for top dressing and it is nice to keep the canister within reach and spin it to get to tools on the other side of the turntable. My only suggestion would be if the company could make it in other colors. The black is practical but not very pretty.
