If you are not a fan of consuming green tea and looking for weight loss than definitely you should go for green tea supplement rather than taking it raw. I like green tea still I prefer taking it in capsule form to get it's full nutrition. And if you are looking for effective weight loss then including green tea in your diet is a must due to its valuable detox contents. I am taking this pill since 6 months now in combined with low carbohydrate diet and moderate workout. Also I prefer Inlife brand products over other products.
