I recently had my garage rewired, put in more outlets, changed out the ceiling fan/light that is just behind where I would stand/sit at my work bench, along with 3 LED, fluorescent light looking fixtures (with built in WIFI speakers [1 to the right of my work bench just above and in front of the garage pantry and refrigerator in the garage, 1 in front and above the washer and dryer, and 1 on the opposite side of the garage from my work bench. I also added 8 outlet power strip to the front of my work bench and a 4 outlet box on either side of my work bench.All of this made it much more appealing to work at my work bench, since we are in the middle of a remodel and I take on some of the tasks and sick my Contractor on bigger projects I don't necessarily want any part of working on. That's why he is here, right? I thought all the light I addition of another light fixture and a brand new ceiling fan/light, I would have plenty of good lighting for my work bench. I was VERY WRONG!!Knowing a bit about how lighting works, it had to LED and I wanted relatively high lumens and 6,000+ temperature, in order to get white as white light as I could.I was surprised by how few ceiling fixtures that fit the bill. I ended up with only five in a list after going through about 40 pages in my Amazon Search. I settled on this light system first because it was LED. At 8,000 Lumen total output, I was impressed. Then the Temperature of the light was 6,500K, it was brighter than early afternoon daylight. Sounded almost too good to be true, but hey, if they didn't work out, I could always send them back... I ordered them.When they arrived, I have to admit, they were not as 'industrial' as I had hoped, but they were 100% true to their description, I just set poor expectations. The one thing that was not ok was the the base the 2 fixtures would screw into were plastic. So I went to Lowe's to buy ceramic basis and asked my Contractor to do the wiring. (I don't want to be the one responsible for screwing up the wiring and burning down the house.)Once wired and installed, the moment of Truth... EUREKA!! I just said 'WOW!!' They were what I wanted and then some. My Work Bench was illuminated to my expectations and beyond. I was soooo happy!! I wanted to tinker with something right away. Sadly, the project I was working on didn't require my Work Bench. Let me tell you though, working at my Bench with these lights is a joy. I have crappy low light vision. I can read ANYTHING under these lights. The tiniest of screws are easy to work with under these lights. I think I may take up working on electronics just to work on small things under the PERFECT LIGHT of these fixtures.I could not be more happy with the resultant light form these fixtures. Plus they are rated to last 5,000 hours. That is quite a few projects.Each leaf can pivot up 90'. I do with they could pivot down past 180' to focus light in some unpredictable situation I need a spot light. I'm happy enough that this is no show stopper.As for the price v. output, talk about getting your money's worth!! This is a VERY GOOD Price Point.The first 3 photos have every light in the garage on, MINUS this Fixture. The rest are bathed in the New Light of these Fixtures.

We put them in our large Belen Building..Cannot not believe the difference..We are very happy with these lights..Woek great for any large or high lights!!

These are totally AWESOME. Had 8' old florescent fixtures up there for years. 12' ceiling and large garage. Installed two. These are much brighter, LED and can adjust to conform to your garage, etc. Highly recommended. Thank you .....

OVERALL RATING: Other brands will fit existing fixtures much better. Still great value for the cost. The light is bright, but a little harsh as it has no diffuser lens.BRIGHTNESS & COLOR: After returning an 80watt equivalent LED set, I bought these 120W equivalent lights. The extra brightness is great. I have 2 of these in a 12’x12’ utility room and can see all shelves and corners clearly. I’m not as happy with the 6000 kelvin color though. It is almost blue light, whereas 5000k is a bright daylight. But I couldn’t find an inexpensive 5000k light of this style and brightness.INSTALLATION: It should have been easy to replace existing bulbs with these panel lights. But these apparently fit E27 rather than E26 (USA standard) bases. The 80W panel lights I had returned fit my existing bases perfectly. This set did not screw in straight and I had to replace the bases with those included with this set. Again, it could have been simple if the mounting holes lined up with U.S. standard electrical boxes. (See photos) I bought steel cover plates for the boxes and drilled & tapped holes to fit these cheap, small lamp bases. The result is a secure mount for the bases and the lights fit properly.QUALITY & DESIGN: The included bases are really cheap, soft, thin plastic with cheap, tiny lugs to attach your wires. If not abused, they will suffice. Many companies are selling similarly designed LED panel lights. These allow each panel to adjust upward to vertical or down to 10 degrees past horizontal. A few manufacturers add the ability to swivel (twist) each panel. These do not twist. The unit seems well built although it is relatively soft plastic. These are surprisingly light weight.

Replaced some single light bulbs in basement and garage with these. Now there’s light….

I have five spacious storage areas that I installed these lights after years of putting up with the builders 60W incandescent. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

Light works great, giving much better light than fluorescent or even LED tubes. However, I was extremely frustrated by the courtesy sockets provided. Like, don't get too happy, let's put a giant fly in your ointment. I made the mistake of experimenting with placement, causing both cheapy sockets to mal-function on 2nd usage. The thin screw filament came apart both times under stess of positioning them overhead, causing me to be unable to set them up until after the weekend. A small thing of a couple hours wasted but it really irked me.
