These steps were great! I have concrete walls and loved the metal anchors these came with. They offer more support than the typical plastic anchors other brands provide. 100% sturdy, they don’t wiggle or tilt. At the time of this review my kitten is 8 months old and about 7lbs. She seems to love the fabric of the anti slip pads and sits on the steps alone at times over being on her actual shelves 😂 My only advice would be to buy in bulk over individual steps and return what you don’t need. I had purchased a set of 3 together and then ordered an extra step after. They all arrived in the same box, the first 3 were wrapped in bubble wrap together and came in good condition. The solo step wasn’t protected with the rest and cracked during shipment.

...let’s address that first. They’re expensive. Let’s face it. That said, they’re also one of those things where I got what I paid for. While directions need a bit of work, they were simple and easier than others I could’ve purchased.The shelves, which look beautiful and are incredibly sturdy, slide onto armatures you screw into the wall first. These metal anchors make them sturdy enough, I think they could possibly take more weight than recommended (though you shouldn’t). It makes installation so easy, especially with the guides and level provided. We found finding a stud in the wall the most effective and secure.Velcro puts the scratch pads and bedding firmly in place, but easily removable to clean or replace. A few treats and kitty knows just where to perch. Anywhere but there, but hey...cats. lolIn the end I wanted something that would look beautiful and be functional and create diversity for the kit. Worth every penny. I will be purchasing more over time, and I highly recommend.

Overall a good product. A nice price for simple good looking wall mounted cat shelves. Good quality wall anchors are provided, but I recommend arranging them so at least one screw on each shelf goes into a stud. I was able to do this for 2 of the 3 shelves and those in the stud feel much sturdier. The one with wall anchors alone has a little wiggle, which I worry will get worse the longer my cat spends on it.My biggest complaint is that the arrangement of the shelves that is shown in the photos and video is impossible for my cat to navigate. She needs to make a really awkward turn while also climbing through the hole. She can get down if I put her up there, but sadly can’t make it up. She is not particularly large and fairly agile so I imagine a lot of cats will have this same issue. Also, I noticed after the fact that the cat in the video is never actually shown going up, only cautiously going down so now I am wondering if it was filmed like that intentionally.I will now have to do some rearranging of the shelves and patch some holes that were put in the wall unnecessarily so that is a little frustrating. But I would still recommend, just learn from my mistakes.Edit: I decided to add one more shelf to the setup which solved my issue. See second picture. I appreciate that you can purchase them separately as well. I definitely recommend, just keep in mind that the suggested setup might not work for your cat.

These are the best-looking and most configurable of the cat shelves we have found. It's not real wood, no, but they are floating shelves with no visible brackets, they look good, and they come in multiple sizes that can be placed in a custom configuration. In the picture you can see that we used one set of 3 with the large shelf with the hole in it, plus an extra small and an extra medium shelf, to create a staircase from the floor. It does take some cat agility to climb up and down through the hole, but both of our cats are able to do it without much trouble. The velcro-attached sisal pads make for good purchase on the shelves, particularly important for the angled shelf. The shelf brackets are quite solid and come with enough attachment points for 6 screws, which we felt was more than sufficient and generally only put in 3, especially when one was on a wall stud. One box arrived with no screws, but we contacted the company and they sent us the missing screws. Overall we are very happy with these shelves.

Buy this if you want to be hanging it and realize the wood is warped and doesn’t even lie flush to the wall. Buy this if you want to try and screw pieces together where the pre drilled holes don’t allign, buy this if you want the inner wood of the circle to peel instantly.What did I expect? It’s $70 and made in China. It’s holding up alright and my cat digs it, but I’d recommend you shop for something better quality. I wish I spent more because this is hot garbage assembly.

My cat loves these shelves! The one caveat I would give is that like other reviewers have noted, the 3 shelf setup is fairly awkward for the cats to use. Going up and down to the top shelf from an angled shelf is very difficult. I would recommend supplementing this shelf set with a fourth shelf so there is a flat platform for the cats to go up to the top shelf from (see attached photos). The installation was fairly easy but installing into at least one stud per shelf feels necessary. Once that's done they are super solid, my 13lb cat has had no issues running up and down them. One thing to note, the drywall mounts have a fairly large diameter and leave a sizable hole in the drywall, probably about a quarter inch.

These shelves are absolute crap. I’ve now got huge holes in my wall from the anchors I have to remove. The shelves wobble on the metal braces and are not all the secure.Secondly. The metal brackets came so bent out of alignment the shelves sit at a 15 degree slant. That’s not ok. It looks horrible.Thirdly. The “veneer” if you could call it that. I’d call it tape. Is already coming off and half stuck on out of the box. The hole the cats are supposed to climb through was about 75% detached.Lastly. I was only shipped one screw to mount three shelves to the metal brackets.Do yourself a favor and skip this product. It’s terrible. For $80 I can make this myself. Which is now what I’m having to do.Thanks PetFusion!

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking for a mural shelf with an angle to add some diversity to my already existing shelves for my cat. This item is amazing! The price is a little bit high in my opinion just for one shelf... but hey, your cat will be happy with this, and I am too. Surprisingly, it is very sturdy. I don't regret purchasing this.

Sadly the finish only product isn’t as hoped for the money as most of the laminate has peeled or had glue marks across but the kitties are still happy. Didn’t notice how bad until up on the walls so couldn’t return.

A+ company: solid product and extremely high standard for customer care.I purchased a cat tree and shelves from them through Amazon. Upon arrival I missed a few parts tucked into a wood board. I contacted customer care about it (missing parts) and within 48 hours they sent me a whole new kit.I had trouble meeting the delivery company at my condo lobby, so I contacted customer care and within 4 hours they updated my delivery details to request a phone call. Amazing turn around time! Thank you Alexandra!After the second replacement kit arrived - I realized I was at fault and the parts were actually in the box. I felt the least I could do was share the super fast and easy customer support I experienced - to put anyone's mind at ease when ordering:- The cat tree and shelves are easy to install with a simple drill and my 14lb mostly outdoor cat who moved into a condo has loved the setup - it has greatly improved her happiness and I have no concerns that the build quality won't support her.Highly recommended!!ps. I went from a gopetpro tree which lasted about 4 years... pros of this setup or the carpeted standard tree: less fur build up, more movement and exercise by my senior cats.

This was easy to install and it looks great. My cat didn't know what to make of it so I had to place her on the highest shelf and let her figure her way down. Woke on day 3 with the cat at the top and looking quite pleased with herself. I am thinking of getting a second one to extend the space she can travel across the wall.
