Test the adapter in the same way. Fully submerge case underwater weighing it down for 30 minutes. Remove the case from the water and check to make sure that the case is dry inside. Repeat the test for every Jack Cover and Adapter. If you find water inside the case, contact us immediately and we will replace the faulty part. IT WORKS
I was really bummed, when I discovered that the original trapdoor pad fell out. I looked all over and could not locate it, which meant I could not use my I Pad in the bathtub until I was able to replace it. I found the replacement on Amazon and ordered it immediately. The replacement pads came quickly. The old saying is true, " it was as good as new"
