Q: Does it work with 2019/2020 Fords' key fobs? Does it completely block the signal?

Probly will, yes it blocks the single, I know because I walked up to the car forgetting the key was in the case, doors won't open.

Q: My BMW key was slightly to long for this, are any of the others slightly bigger without being too big
