My puppy had a temperature and it was going up over two weeks. Brought this so I could keep a check on it, as well as my vets. It really works. I took his temperature just before a vets visit and it was the same as what vet took. It’s so easy to use and great value for money

Great thermometer brought for my horse handy to have one that’s not small enough to get sucked up if you know what I mean 😂 lanyard meant had an extra safety to prevent said loss

My dog preferred the usual "straight" thermometer, although the design of this one I think is better. Accurate reading and easy to use (until the dog tried to sit on it).

I bought this thermometer because the description says the reading takes 6 seconds (at which point it beeps), but as soon as you take delivery, you can read in the instructions that it actually takes 25-40 seconds, which is the actual truth.Why would the seller have the gall to put such a claim in the description, artificially boosting sales?? Amazon please act!I could not return the unit because I had to take my cat's temperature straight away, so I'm stuck with it.If it wasn't for the 6 seconds claim I would have ordered a competing unit which is much more compact, cheaper and waterproof (therefore sterilisable).

At first this was really good and I was really pleased but it hasn't lasted long I have had it for 5 months and it is now just showing the same temperature for everything. I have changed the battery but still not working. My dog has a temperature according to this it was 37. 98 but the vet took his temperature and it is significantly higher. I am disappointed because overall this was a good thermometer and easy to use.
