We've ordered this several times and my wife really likes it because it is gentle, smells good and removes rough skin but doesn't cause irritation or redness. One star removed due to cap problems. Product arrived with a damaged cap and some soap leaked onto other items in the box that I had to clean off. Seems like Amazon is skipping tape and bags so I'd recommend ordering this just by itself so it doesn't leak on other contents. i.e. the tape is not Amazon handler proof (or UPS proof). I put this on Amazon for poor packaging but I was able to savage it and clean items off.
