Great safe and easy to secure wheelchair in van
I am a driver for a paraplegic and the van he bought used had these funky ratchet straps to lock down the chair. They were way to long and I could never get them tight enough to be safe. Plus they were very difficult tom operate. I went to a shop that services and sells the BraunAbility vand (Dodge Caravan with the L-track in the floor). They quoted me $1000 +shipping for the Q'Straint QRT STANDARD for L Track PN: Q-8201-L. restraints. My friend couldn't afford this and I thought they were extremely overpriced so I turned to Amazon and found them here. Exactly the same product for $700 less. They work very well, are built hell-for-stout and are very easy to operate.. Highly recommended is you need something like this

Very durable and easy to use
The media could not be loaded. We bought these for my daughter’s wheelchair accessible van. Almost positive they’re universal for all wheelchair accessible vehicles. Easy to use and install. She said she felt very safe using them for her son and they were much easier and quicker to use than the traditional straps in the van.

Should Have Bought Sooner
Installed in 07 Grand Caravan H/C van. Our son has been handicap since he was born in 1991. No you don't get money to take care of a handicap child when the child is born this way. Car insurance or workers comp helps people when they have an accident and are in a wheelchair, but not when a child is born. Money has always been tight, don't judge! So once the other kids got old enough to drive themselves, we traded in the suburban. We took our savings and bought the van with a manual side ramp. Since he is unable to move his head around, he can't back up into the van to lock into an automatic locking system, so the van came with these straps that you pull down tight over a buckle, then lock the buckle down. It was always hard for me (not my husband) to securely lock it down and it took several minutes to lock him in while I bent over in the rain to lock him down on those wet days. It was hard to go to more than one store or stop, knowing how long it takes to undo the straps and relock it all down again. We would try and avoid multiple stops, just tiring on us. Two days ago my husband came across these on a search for a new wheelchair seat belt. After his research on them and watching a video, he said we can't put this off, were 57 years old, let's give ourselves this as a Christmas gift!We pulled the trigger and ordered them since they were cheaper on Amazon then anywhere else. You know how that works, products use/put the word "handicap" or "special needs" and they can charge twice as much. But these seemed reasonable and they are from a top company in the business. They quickly slipped in to the weird channel in the van floor. We hold the red lever down and pull the hook up to the loop and let go. Move on to the next one. In 30 seconds, one side is done. When it's time to release the, push the red lever down, unhook and let the hook go while holding the lever. It automatically goes back in like a seat belt. In 30 seconds your done on one side. You might be faster, but I'm pretty fast. You don't have to turn the wheel to tighten since it's mounted on all four corners and self tightens. I even had my son try and move back an forth in his wheelchair and it clamped the chair down tight. I don't know if I misspelled something or had a run-on sentence, but who cares? Where has this been all my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
